STRICTLY TWO WEEKS FROM THE SHIPPING DATE

To return a product purchased from our online store simply fill out the return form , download here REDBILLS RETURN FORM with your purchase and send with the product to :

All items returned MUST be in their original packaging with ALL tags attached. Items must be unmarked or damaged. If this is not the case, items will be sent back to you and we will not issue a refund. (this excludes warranty claims)

Once we receive and asses the item you will be issued with a refund. The postage cost will not be refunded.

Exchange

If an exchange is required we recommend purchasing the correct item and getting the return for the unwanted item under way quickly to avoid disappointment, as stock may sell out. When our team receives the returned item a refund will be issued.

Returns can take between 3 and 5 working days from the time our team receives the item.

Alternativley drop in store to receive an exchange or funds being put onto a Credit Voucher. Proof of purchase will be required. Items purchased online CANNOT currently be refunded in store.
